Trump Towers into Miami Real Estate with New Trump Towers

Miami, Florida September 26, 2004 -- Developers Donald Trump, Jorge Perez, Gil and Michael Dezer come together to build three condominium towers in Sunny Isles Beach.

These high profile developers bring with them years of experience in the Miami real estate market that will help them deliver the most luxurious condominium living that Miami real estate has ever seen.

The three-tower oceanfront project will sit on the southern end of Sunny Isles Beach on contiguous sites from 16001 to 15811 Collins Ave. that now include a vacant parcel; Veradero I and Veradero II, two older condominium buildings; and a Days Inn.

Dezer began buying units in the Veradero buildings several years ago and reported a complete buyout of Veradero II in September 2003. Dezer swapped its 2-acre Driftwood Hotel for the Days Inn, officials said at the time.

The redevelopment of Sunny Isles Beach will push the city's tax base to about $5 billion in a few years, according to city officials. Michael Dezer has acquired more than 40 acres of Sunny Isles Beach land since the early 1990's, and he is still looking to buy even more beachfront property. The Related Group of Florida has many luxury developments to it's credit in the Miami real estate market and is the perfect compliment to the Trump-Dezer team.

Dezer's company will handle the sales and marketing, Related will oversee financing and construction and Donald Trump will provide input. Dezer Development, Related Group of Florida and Trump have all had a large part in transforming the quiet resort town of Sunny Isles Beach into what is rapidly becoming the new "Millionaires Row" of Miami real estate.

Donald Trump will be completely involved in every aspect of development from architectural design to unit layouts and marketing material. Trump has his own set of standards that go into every building design before he will put his name on it. You can expect to see ceiling heights of 10 feet on the lower floors up to 11 feet on the higher floors. All door heights will be 8 feet or higher.

The high rises are expected to be 45 floors in height, and will be named Trump Tower I, Trump Tower II, and Trump Tower III. Prices will start from the $900,000's to over $4,000,000. Each of the three Trump Towers will have about 300 units. Sales are expected to start at the beginning of October and ground breaking is expected by April.

If you would like to reserve a unit a $25,000 deposit is required. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of what will be the largest project in Sunny Isles Beach history. There is a huge demand for these units, for more information on how to be one of the first to purchase click here.

Miami real estate has become one of the hottest commodities with people coming from all over the world to try and get in on the Miami real estate pre-construction deals. Miami real estate pre-construction deals give people the opportunity to build equity in a property while not having to pay the normal carrying costs such as taxes, maintenance fees or a mortgage.
